60 Minute Swedish
The classic European style Massage uses long sweeping and
short kneading strokes, and is great for relaxing tired muscles,
relieving stress and invigorating the circulatory and immune
systems. We use only the finest aromatherapy oils and lotions.

Tissue
This session focuses on problem areas and utilizes deep
tissue techniques where appropriate, and may include joint
mobilization, stretching or other neuromuscular techniques
to treat chronic or painful conditions.
45 minute session - $65.00 or package of 3 - $185.00
60 minute session - $85.00 or package of 3 - $225.00
90 min Combination Massage
This session combines deep tissue massage with Swedish circulatory
massage, and is great for both stress relief and the treatment
of soft tissue pain. Time can be allocated as you wish.
90 minute session - $105.00 or package of 3 - $285.00
30 min Back, Neck, Shoulders
Covering he entire back from head to hip. Great for those
who just want a back massage, and for those who are receiving
massage for the first time!

Neuromuscular Therapy
with James Beck, RN, NMT
A comprehensive approach for chronic pain, this treatment
employs deep tissue and stretching, as well as postural
analysis and neuromuscular re-education to help re- align
and rebalance the overall structure of the body. James Beck
is a registered nurse with over 10 years in the field of
NMT, and is the author of “The Pleasure Connection:
How Endorphins Affect Your Health & Happiness.”
Session time varies, usually between 60 and 75 min.

Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage
with John “Keoni” Salgado,
HHP
Lomi Lomi is a traditional Hawaiian massage which is characterized
by deep, continuous strokes, often producing a “wave
like” sensation that is totally relaxing. Lomi practitioners
frequently use the entire forearm in this work, resulting
in a very deep and satisfying session. Keoni is a Lomi practitoner
and instructor of this traditional form of massage.

Barefoot Compressive Deep Tissue
with Jeanie Radakovich, LMT, HHP
A slow, deep, potent, Trigger Point therapy done on a floor
mat. This therapy is designed to provide relief from chronic
muscle pain caused by stress, injury or fatigued muscles.
Work is done using the therapist's foot as the main tool
for delivery. The broader more rounded surfaces of the foot
allow the therapist to accomplish deeper work more comfortably
than with the traditional use of the hands and elbows. This
innovative technique is based on up-to-date scientific principles
of muscular restoration. It is perfect for people who crave
deeper work but appropriate for anyone with soft tissue
pain. Loose, comfortable clothing is worn for this massage

Relax and enjoy a 90min.personalized skincare treatment,
using the most effective combination of products & procedures
appropriate to your skin type. This includes a full facial,
neck & shoulder massage and heated mitts & booties
for the total skincare experience. Sharon is a licensed
esthetician and massage therapist with over 20 years of
experience in her field.

Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy
with Jeanie Radakovich, LMT, HHP
A deeply relaxing fusion of Swedish style deep tissue with
the Asian influence of foot work. It is a gravity assisted
oil massage in which the therapist uses an overhead support
system and massages the client with her feet. The slow gliding
foot pressure has a push-pull-pumping effect on the muscles
which increases blood flow and flushes toxins. This therapy
helps to stretch and lengthen tight muscles, increase range
of motion and relieves stress tension and soft tissue pain.
It is designed for denser muscled people but is appropriate
for anyone who enjoys deep, soothing, massage.
